chalk parish hall

The current hall was built by the church in 2007 as the culmination of a 10 year project to provide much needed facilities for the church and the wider community.  It was officially opened by HRH The Duke of Kent on 7th June 2007.

It may be the ideal venue for your regular activity or occasional event.  With five possible configurations (subject to availability), offering varying size spaces, it is a modern and versatile place for a variety of needs.  Below you can find all the details about the hall along with cost and booking instructions.

Q – Are all the rooms and facilities on one level?

A – Yes

Q – Is there disabled parking and access to the hall by ramp?

A – Yes

Q – Is parking available?

A – Apart from Blue Badge parking immediately in front of the hall, there is a small public car park next to the hall which is on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and can sometimes be busy.  Some on street parking is usually available.  Parking in Pirrip Close (at the side of the hall) is discouraged as this restricts access to the houses behind the hall.

Q – Can I use the rear garden?

A – No. Use is restricted to Chalk Pre-School and Church events.

Q – Are bouncy castles allowed?

A – No.
